The Charming Affair Wedding Package Including Everything but the Ring!

  • Charming Affair includes:

  • One-hour chapel rehearsal, 1-2 days prior to your wedding

  • Four-hour venue time to include getting ready in Bride & Groom Suites, Chapel or Garden Ceremony, Appetizers in Garden &
    Grand Ballroom or Garden Reception (Available Saturday for brunch or lunch or Sunday through Friday day or evenings)

  • Professional Wedding Planner for design consultation & timeline

  • Day-of-Ceremony Coordinator including all set up and tear down of your wedding (don’t make your family & wedding party work on your wedding day)

  • Licensed Officiant or bring your own

  • Bride Ceremony Flowers to include bride bouquet, Groom boutonniere, up to two bridesmaid bouquets, up to two groomsmen boutonnieres, Ring Bearer boutonniere & Flower Girl Basket w/silk petals (note: additional wedding party sets can be added)

  • Custom Aisle Runner w/Silk Petals

  • Professional DJ/MC for ceremony and reception including state of the art equipment, light show & built-in screen for displaying your flash drive of photos as your backdrop

  • Linen-draped tables in your choice of linen styles & colors

  • Table settings complete with chargers, vintage china (upon request), dinnerware, glassware and stemware

  • Table centerpieces & accessories from our house selection, votive candles & choice of table numbers (excluding florals)

  • Fully catered meal includes: Choice of two appetizers, salad and three entrees (two protein entrees + vegetarian entrée) with two sides from our delicious Menu Options including, The “Royal Brunch", The “Flavors de Espana” - a Mexican Menu”, “Bon Apetitto” - an Italian Menu” or The “Holy Grill” - a Southern BBQ” Menu

  • Up to 50 guests (including bride & groom) = $11,995

  • Additional guests over 50 will be priced at $85 per person on the base package or $110 per person with alcohol

    ***Above Prices do not include county sales tax at 7.75% or customary 10% Production/Service Charge Fee

  • Note: This package is available for Friday night, Saturday brunch, or Sunday nights. If space is open for a Saturday night wedding, we can upgrade you at a fee of $1,500.

SPECIAL ~ For bookings now thru March 2025 (choose a complimentary extra hour “or” unlimited beer/wine/champagne for up to 50ppl)

  • Unlimited beer Premium Beer (import & export) & wine (red & white) = $1,000 (for up to 50 people) or sponsor your bar with a pre-determined amount that turns into a cash bar when it runs out, or we can allow your guests to purchase their alcohol at no cost to you

  • Additional hour of reception time = $1,000

  • Add Photography to your package with one of our 5 star preferred photographers = $500 per hour (must be 2 hour min) includes downloadable link to edited photos within 8-10 weeks
